Visit Rainbow Dental in Angus, Ontario and arrange for your new patient examination

We’re happy that you’ve chosen Rainbow Dental Centre in Angus, Ontario as your new oral health provider. When you arrive at our office, we will have you complete a series of forms and escort you on a tour of our office.Next, we’ll take few images for our records, including a series of images throughout your mouth. Each patient also receives a full mouth 3D scan of their smile at the time of their first visit. Then, we will perform a full mouth examination and screen for any signs of oral cancer before cleaning your teeth and then perform  a thorough exam. We will have emergency work doneat that time if needed otherwise we will book your next appointment for a later date. Once you arrive, we will have you complete your new dental patient paperwork in our private consultation room. If you like we can also provide the forms to you ahead of your scheduled visit, to save time on the day of your appointment.
