New patients are always welcome at our Angus dental office!

Visit Rainbow Dental in Angus, Ontario to arrange for your new patient examination.

We’re happy that you’ve chosen Rainbow Dental Centre in Angus, Ontario as your new oral health care provider. When you arrive at our office, you will always be greeted with a friendly smile! We will have you complete a series of new patient forms and escort you on a tour of our office.  Next, we’ll take a few images for our records.  These images may include digital x-rays, a panoramic digital x-ray and photos. We will perform a full mouth examination and screen for any signs of oral cancer as well as signs of gum disease. You will have a thorough intraoral and extraoral examination where our dentist will assess the teeth as well as the soft tissues inside the mouth.   Our team is experienced in listening to our patients and addressing the unique concerns you present with.  We then work with you to develop a treatment plan to address those concerns and book you for your initial dental hygiene appointment.

On the day of your first appointment we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the necessary new patient intake forms.  Alternatively, we can provide digital copies of these forms to your email address for you to complete in the comfort of your own home.
